About Emily
I spent a number of months tutoring year 12 and 13 Religious Studies students in my previous college, working closely with the head of department to provide one-to-one and classroom support in Philosophy, Ethics, and RS lessons. This included course content, revision methods and exam technique.

I am a Religion and Theology student currently studying at a Russell Group university. I offer lessons to students taking GCSE and A Level Religious Studies/Philosophy and Ethics courses. Having recently been through the GCSE and A Level Religious Studies courses myself, I understand what it's like to study the subject and sit the exams.I strive to tailor lessons to the student's particular course and content, but it's my priority that lessons are tailored to the student themselves. This means focusing on the aspects you struggle with most, and teaching in a style that suits you. My lessons are interactive, as I like to encourage students to engage with the content, and include a variety of methods and techniques. I also keep a record of students' progress, to look back on achievements and help set future goals.

Should the distance of travel require the use of public transport, an additional fee may apply to subsidise the cost. Alternatively, I am happy to arrange lessons at closer locations such as a library.
