About Daniel

Over the past six years and counting, a cumulative 95 students have been mentored and tutored by us. In these years, 60 have gone on to the university and 29 have graduated with various degrees in Sciences and other fields. 25 are currently in their final years in Secondary school, while 10 are awaiting admissions into the University. About 89% of our students get a minimum of B in their SSCE Maths and Science subjects and score an average of 260 in their UTME Results. About 79% of our former students have gone on to graduate with a second class upper division from their various universities including 2 first class students. About the lesson

With the motto: "Science is a promise that every problem has a solution", our practice which has worked wonders for our students is to treat Mathematics and Sciences as problem-solving tools rather than subjects. In the first few classes, we use several student/teacher class engagements to reinforce this Motto and cultivate a culture of positive attitude towards Mathematics and others alike. Once this positive attitude has been built and inculcated into our students, we then proceed to using practical methods for teaching. Using simple analogies and techniques which are often neglected by others, our students learn how to think and not what to think in a fun-filled atmosphere that makes learning enjoyable. Our methodologies are practical enough and rather than using abstract examples as aid, we channel these examples into areas that students can easily relate to, improving productivity and their Maths solving skills. Physics used to be so boring to me until I met Uncly Daniel.
In my SS2, while preparing for my SSCE mock exam, I was introduced to him by my Mathematics teacher in school, Mr. Mike.
On my first encounter with him, all my hatred for Physics almost disappeared. What I like most about Uncle Daniel is the way he used illustrations to explain Physics and subjects that he taught me. This made it possible for me to become imaginative with these subjects.
My grades greatly improved afterwards and I even made an unbelievable B in Physics in my SSCE. Uncle Daniel is the funniest teacher that has taught me, I so much enjoyed his classes.
