About Donna

I am a retiredCPM- certified professional midwife with 25 years of home birth/birth center experience.
I am a certified prenatal/postpartum yoga teacher as well as a yin yoga instructor.
I am a master teacher for sound healing meditation.
I created a program called Active Mama which combines movements for pregnancy and created a teacher training course for other women.

About the lesson

I combine several modalities to help a woman optimize her body during pregnancy. I calm the nervous system with meditation and stretching. I increase oxytocin for relaxation and adrenaline for energy during yoga and dancing. I build confidence in the body with lots of educational information for labor and birth.I will include intentions and affirmations for a focused pregnancy.
