About Lacie
"Graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture and RIBA Part 1 from Trinity College Dublin provided a solid foundation for my 6 years in drafting rooms. Efficiency is my primary focus when teaching BIM fundamentals in Revit, encompassing levels and grids, walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings. I guide students through structural modeling basics, families and parameters, detailing and drafting views, and annotation and dimensioning.
You will also manage phasing and design options, material takeoffs, and rendering and visualization. My goal is to ensure you finish with a portfolio ready project."

"Since every project needs a unique workflow, I start by assessing your current technical grasp. We map out a full documentation set using real building projects.
You will build complex families and parameters from scratch. We refine your annotation and dimensioning until it meets office standards. BIM fundamentals in Revit will underpin every task we tackle together. Structural modeling basics are integrated early.
Phasing and design options are applied to your specific site. Material takeoffs are generated to track quantities accurately. Rendering and visualization add the final polish to your work. By the end, you will have a finished project for your portfolio."
