I played women's rugby 15's and 7's on a province level. In that year our team moved from Section B to Section A level. We played against the best and top teams that had players who represented the country.

I basic my method of teaching Rugby7's,
By speed and finding a gap. When a gap is found take it with all your might and speed but be one step ahead of your opponent, never underestimate your speed and don't let your opponent get in your way.
