About Geet
I have learnt Yoga from few of the best teachers in Rishikesh and Mysore, India.
I am a believer of Ashtanga Yoga philosophy and practice Ashtanga Vinyasa series on a daily basis.

As a Yoga teacher, I lead a wide variety of classes for all age groups and difficulty levels. I am globally certified and proficient in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Power yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Therapy, Pre Natal, Post Natal, Mudra Therapy, Restorative and Kids Yoga styles.
I have planned, set up and led group Yoga classes in a corporate environment as well as taught new teachers in a Yoga training school.
I enjoy creating customized holistic yoga lifestyle plans for private students, both offline and online, which include but not limited to:
- Movement/ Alignment for flexibility, strengthening and endurance
- Breathwork/ Pranayama
- Awareness/ Lifestyle choices
- Sattvic Diet/ Nutrition
- Guided meditation with aides like singing bowl, candle gazing among other techniques
