About Sylvia
I am a yoga teacher and have been teaching and practicing for two years. I received my certification to teach in 2016 in Rishikesh India. I have continued my education via books, online resources and attending classes. I am a very patient teacher, I think that learning something new can be overwhelming so you can feel comfortable with me knowing I recognize this.

A typical class is largely dependent on the person(s), if you have a specific flexibility goal/pose you'd like to achieve we can work on that. If you want to improve ROM in a certain part of your body we can work on that. If you want to focus on relieving stress and creating calm, we can focus on that. I believe in being adaptable and open, and am always willing to learn to delight my students.
