About SHANAZ
I am a scientist and teach at the undergraduate and graduate level. Biology can be challenging for most because of the randomness of rules and the specificity of the language. Its important to remember that biology is different from other sciences in this way but keep an open mind and learn to speak its language.

My philosophy for teaching is that my success is measured by my students success and ability to talk about what they learn from me.
Different people learn differently and therefore, no one lesson plan can work on all students.
Structure in teaching helps students to self-assess and not be afraid to take on small and big challenges.
