About Aimee Lauren
As a fully qualified Early Years and Primary teacher with over a decade of experience, I have a deep passion for education.
One of my particular areas of expertise is teaching phonics and reading as I believe that these skills are crucial for young students.
I find it incredibly rewarding when a child I've been teaching starts to read and visibly gains confidence in their abilities. Watching that transformation is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.
Beyond my teaching credentials and expertise, I also consider myself to be a fun and talkative person. And as a bonus, I love animals!
My combination of professional qualifications, pedagogical skills, and engaging personality allows me to create enriching and enjoyable learning experiences for my students.

My tutoring approach starts with an initial consultation to thoroughly understand the student's needs and goals. During this consultation, we will have a thoughtful discussion and assessment to clearly define the learning objectives. Once the goals are agreed upon, I will develop a customised plan to work towards achieving them.
My lessons are designed to accommodate a variety of learning styles. I take the time to understand each student's unique learning needs and preferences. Throughout the process, I maintain patience and provide encouragement to help build the student's confidence and skills.
