About TAPAN
I am a Mechanical Engineer. I worked in integrated steel plants across 4 countries and have had training in the USA and other countries. I was very good in academics and later, in my professional work-life too. I have a passion for English literature and read a lot. I scored 9+ in IELTS. I spend a lot of time on the internet, indulging in sites that cater to my areas of interest and I occasionally contribute by imparting knowledge through advices/recommendations based on knowledge gained through years of experience dealing with people from various socio-cultural backgrounds.

I prefer to teach English language, mainly vocabulary and correct use of grammar, to students in the age group of 16-30. That includes students in high school to people who are at early stages of their work life. I like to impart knowledge through Skype, telephonic conversations, e-mails etc. My most preferred way of teaching is by way of answering specific questions/ clearing doubts/ correcting and commenting on written submissions through various on/ offline means. All this can be done instantaneously through internet or, in some cases where a proper study/ research is required, in a maximum time span of 2-3 days. I want young people to develop and hone their English language skills and making money out of this little effort of mine is of secondary priority. This way, I pursue my interest and at the same time contribute to society at large.
