About Ashish
I have been giving classes for 6 years.
And I took classes for individual person as well teaching group of students from 15 to 30 students
My students have mostly been Employees of companies, College & School Students.
Teaching students who didn't know anything about Programming and making them self sufficient to work & learn on any Programming/IT Technology is my biggest achievement.

I am working in Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd as Senior Engineer & have 8 years of Experience. I have completed my Bachelor of Technology in 2010, and have been working in leading IT industries ever since.
I teach Basic Computer, Programming Languages like C, C#, Java, Object Oriented Approach, Design Patterns & Android Apps Development.
Programming & Teaching are my two passions that I love and enjoy doing.
I follow two principles while teaching :
First one is to relate the theoretical concept with its practical implementation. So that understanding the topic becomes much easier for learners.
And the second principle is to teach every student with the methodologies that suits them personally.
I do not follow the same practices & methodologies for all students. I feel every one of us have our own way of learning. I explore some methods with every student, and the ones which make them more productive, I go with that methodology with them.
Having said that there are some core practices I follow with every one. Like,
"Having strong understanding of Basics" is the top most priority before moving to advanced topics.
I regularly give exercises divided in three categories :
Exercises that cover basics,
Exercises to practice the ongoing topics &
Exercises that challenges learners, to raise the bars to the next level.
