About Kensley
I am a positive person who loves exploring and learning new things by teaching. I have taken multiple high-level math classes such as, honors algebra 2, AP Calculus AB, and AP Calculus BC., all of which I have passed with exceptional grades. I love taking new approaches to memorization and learning as well as being challenged to learn more difficult problems.

I love teaching in a way which is understandable for everyone by simplifying, connecting math to real-life things, or making lessons relatable. Typically, a lesson would begin with reviewing prior concepts that relate to the big concept as a refresher, then, we tackle the big concept little by little and putting the concept in a way in which the student will understand. To end, a student will take on a more difficult problem to familiarize them with the processes it takes to solve a general problem. Because I am a student, I understand that not all teaching methods help every student so I love experimenting with different methods such as a hands-on approach or an association.
