About Linda
I'm an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach (ICF) with a mental and emotional well-being specialism. I can't remember a time when I didn't sew or craft!
In this course I blend my skills and passions for sewing and textiles with my experience of teaching and coaching individuals for greater happiness and wellbeing in all aspects of their lives. These become a means of accessing issues surrounding personal development, mental health and well-being.

I provide examples of re-purposed items followed by simple exercises to open up your thinking of possibilities for uses of used clothing and textiles before considering your own items in the same way. Alongside this you will be coached on your lifestyle as it is, how you would like it to be and how to develop the attitudes, attributes and approaches needed to move in the direction you most desire.
