About Tessa

I earned a Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance and Music Education after years of studying vocal technique, live performance, and musical interpretation during my formal training. Over the past 7 years, I have worked with students from different musical backgrounds and experience levels, helping them improve through personalized coaching and supportive instruction. Teaching singing allows me to combine creativity, emotional communication, and mentorship in a deeply rewarding way. I enjoy helping learners become more confident through music and self-expression.

My teaching approach focuses on healthy vocal development, adaptability, and patience. Some students improve best through technical repetition and structured exercises, while others respond more naturally to emotional exploration and creative interpretation. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s confidence level, comfort, and artistic interests. Along with technical improvement, I help students strengthen breathing control, vocal clarity, expressive phrasing, and performance readiness. Creating a welcoming and motivating learning atmosphere remains one of my highest priorities as an educator.

Outside teaching, I continue exploring different music genres, practicing vocals regularly, and studying performance methods that help keep my lessons engaging and inspiring. Music remains a powerful source of creativity and emotional expression in my life. One of the most fulfilling parts of teaching is seeing students become more self-assured and expressive performers over time. Helping learners discover confidence through singing continues to inspire me greatly.

About the lesson

My singing lessons are designed to help students discover confidence in their voice while building healthy vocal habits and expressive musical skills. I teach breath support, vocal placement, pitch accuracy, articulation, resonance, phrasing, and tone shaping through practical exercises that feel clear and encouraging for learners at every level. Lessons also include vocal warm-ups, harmony work, emotional interpretation, stage preparation, and vocal flexibility activities that help students improve naturally through regular practice. I create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring their voice without fear of mistakes or judgment. Every lesson supports both technical improvement and creative expression together.

Beginners receive patient guidance with breathing exercises, simple melodies, vocal projection, and foundational techniques that build confidence step by step. Intermediate learners improve expressive delivery, vocal control, harmony awareness, and smoother transitions through guided studies and organized musical activities. Advanced students focus on stage confidence, stylistic versatility, advanced repertoire, and emotional storytelling through detailed coaching sessions. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s comfort level, personality, and musical goals so progress remains balanced and motivating throughout the learning process.

Singing should feel uplifting, creative, and personally meaningful. I encourage students to trust their natural voice while developing confidence through supportive feedback and consistent practice. Many learners become more expressive and comfortable performing as their vocal abilities continue improving naturally over time. My goal is to help students strengthen both vocal technique and artistic individuality while enjoying the process of musical growth.
