About George
I have been playing and performing in bands since a teen, performing in an array of bands in different styles, from pop, rock, indie, electronic and trad. Irish styles.
I am very passionate about inspiring confidence in my students through their musical expression.
Music is a way of life, and opens up so many doors for people in their lives and I feel extremely grateful to be able to offer students a structured way of developing their own unique voice through the tools and techniques I have learned along the way in my music career

Over my 7+ years of teaching, many students come to me saying they are getting stuck in their playing in some way.
My job is to help identify where you are getting stuck, whether it by right hand rhythm, fingerpicking patterns or improvising throughout the fretboard.
I can help you gain a full knowledge of the fretboard through the CAGED system, introduction to modes and how they apply to specific keys.
As a songwriter, I can help you craft better songs through improving chord progression writing, arranging and lyric writing.
I will guide you and provide specific tools based on your current standard with your goals in mind.
