About Adarsh

I am a passionate and driven student with a deep love for learning and sharing knowledge. I am currently studying Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at A-level, with the goal of pursuing Physics at university. I am fascinated by the way the universe works, and I enjoy exploring complex ideas and breaking them down into simpler, more intuitive concepts. Beyond academics, I am also highly creative. I play the piano, compose music and literature, and enjoy acting. These creative pursuits have helped me develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and an ability to think outside the box—qualities that I believe are essential for teaching. Teaching has always been something I love. As Head Prefect, I have had the privilege of mentoring younger students, supporting them academically and personally. Even outside of leadership roles, I find joy in helping others understand difficult concepts and seeing their confidence grow. I want to teach because I believe education should be engaging, accessible, and inspiring. I know from experience that the right guidance can make a huge difference, and I want to be that person who helps students unlock their potential, whether in Maths, Science, or beyond.

About the lesson

I believe I would be a great tutor for Maths and Science because I have a strong academic foundation in these subjects, as I am currently studying Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at A-level. This means I have a deep understanding of the topics covered at GCSE level and beyond, allowing me to explain concepts clearly and effectively. Additionally, my experience as Head Prefect has given me valuable leadership and communication skills, which are essential for tutoring. In this role, I have supported and guided younger students, helping them with both academic and personal challenges. I have also had direct experience teaching and assisting students during my time in high school, where I enjoyed breaking down difficult topics and making them more accessible. I am patient, approachable, and able to adapt my teaching style to suit different learning needs. I know what it takes to succeed at GCSE level, and I am passionate about helping students build confidence in their abilities. By making lessons engaging and ensuring a strong understanding of the fundamentals, I am confident that I can help students achieve their best possible results.
