About Yara
I am a passionate Violin tutor with 7 years of hands-on teaching experience, having successfully trained around 150 students at various levels. Teaching violin gives me the opportunity to help students develop discipline, creativity, and self-confidence.
My approach focuses on step-by-step technical development, beginning with posture, bow hold, finger positioning, and scale practice. As students gain control and confidence, I introduce expressive elements such as vibrato basics, articulation, and performance preparation. I maintain a patient and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable progressing at their own pace.
I provide consistent feedback and structured practice methods to ensure measurable improvement. A unique quality I bring is my ability to motivate students to overcome challenges and stay committed to their goals. My aim is to guide students toward becoming confident performers and lifelong learners of music.

My violin teaching approach is centered on communication, adaptability, and real-life application. I start by identifying the student’s goals and learning preferences, then structure lessons that match their needs. I focus on building a strong technical base through detailed work on bowing, fingering, intonation, rhythm, and expression.
Along with violin training, I include music theory, sight reading, ear development, scale practice, ensemble skills, and performance preparation. I use examples from concerts, competitions, and academic exams to make learning practical and goal-oriented.
I provide regular feedback and encourage self-evaluation so students become independent learners. My objective is to nurture skilled, confident, and passionate violinists who continue to grow musically.
