About Klazi
Hi, I'm Jo! A music producer and loving Englishman from London. I enjoy walking up hills and drinking herbal tea.
My qualifications: 10+ years of suffering of social anxiety, subsequently becoming a door to door salesman and studying social interactions on a massive scale to combat it (speaking to 100+ people per day) and delving into spiritual practises including meditation and gratitude. Through my journey, I've followed social anxiety down to the root, and made friends with and loved the part of myself that needed it the most. I am now more confident than most people I meet, and have been able to dissolve the wall in my own closer friendships and connect and love my friends better than ever. I understand social anxiety better than anyone else I can meet, and I'd love to help you understand and break free.

When we first meet we will have a conversation and determine what level you're at, and understand the main trigger points for social anxiety in situations, and where the blockers are.
Social anxiety is a complex issue and can feel absolutely overwhelming, like an unsurpassable gap, making you stuck forever. But there is hope! If you're a sufferer of social anxiety you'll probably agree- it isn't you. Something is triggering it, it's real emotions but at a baseline it isn't you. All I help you do is see and realise that which is already obvious.
Social skills crash course:
While not the root of the problem, good social skills can be a great asset to boost confidence and connect with strangers, and having them in your tool kit will only serve to aid. We'll go over various methods for connecting with people, and practise scenarios to help you internalise the teachings and instill confidence in your abilities.
