My approach to learning is discussion based. I truly believe that discussion, and problem-based learning, help students better retain information. While I prefer to head into a tutoring session with some structure (i.e., to have an idea of what topics the student would like to touch on), I like to offer flexibility if there is a particular concept that needs more attention.
My teaching methods give clarity problems with online base approach, give evaluation and assessment to future enhance understanding. I like to teach others because of my ability to impact knowledge, and the passion to do so. Classes are meant for grade entry 12 and university level one. Since Psychology as a subject has tremendous scope for inward reflection and debate, my teaching method will typically involve an introduction to a topic and sharing of some consolidated resources, followed by facilitated discussions to gain a deeper understanding of the topic.
