About Kaylesh
I hold a 2.1 BA Honours degree and a Level 4 Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma. I have worked in several corporate environments gaining experiences across various financial services environments particularly insurance. I have gained experience in teaching and coaching others to achieve their potential and helped make that difference to an individual through my coaching and teaching abilities. Alongside my qualifications including a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, I am a qualified Coach holding a Level 3 Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. I am Enhanced DBS Checked and Clear. Should you need evidence to confirm this prior to our sessions, I am happy to share evidence.

I have experience in coaching others in achieving their goals through various coaching methods and currently hold a Chartered Management Institute Level 3 in Coaching and Mentoring. Whilst having worked as a Skills Coach, I have acquired several tools and techniques that have helped my learners in the past to help you provide clarity in the pursuit of your goal.
Essentially soft skills are something that are not easily acquired as opposed to hard skills of learning say something technical. However, through tailorised coaching techniques soft skills such as organisational, communication or presentational skills can be acquired.
Transformational Coaching is another technique to help you reframe your approach whether that be in pursuit of an educational goal of say a pass in an exam, coursework, or gaining that personal confidence or belief as part of every day life.
I can provide you help through various activities and techniques to help build a change in yourself.
I can offer coaching at various levels and it does not matter at which stage of life your at. Each session will be 1 hour long and you will have the option to arrange our next session soon after. To be effective, I would recommend a bundle of sessions spread over a certain period of time to allow us to work effectively together to build continued momentum in pursuit of your goal.
