About Grant
I have worked at multiple companies throughout the past few years as well as with clients of my own building software. I know what it looks like to be a software engineer beyond the textbook and will use my knowledge to help you focus on what is important. I also have a minor in French, and studied abroad in France while being a student. I was taught French with a unique immersive approach that I use to help my students learn without the same pressure that typically exists in the classroom.

I have been tutoring for many years in computer science and French, helping my students to think through the logic of building software and ways to intuitively learn a language. I’m patient with the learner because I understand how hard it can be to get over a topic you can’t seem to understand, and I will try many ways to explain and help you master the subject!
I’m happy to teach students from beginner to advanced, though I’ve specialized in middle and high school students in the past.
