I did MASTER OF ENGINEERING in PSG COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY Coimbatore.. I DID P G DIPLOMA IN YOGA IN ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY.. PURSUING MASTERS IN YOGA (MSC). Having experiences in diets and nutrition combined with fitness. Meditation strengthen mind and exercise will strengthen our mind.. BOTH must be taken care of..

I teach and practice traditional yoga combine with fitness technique.. and i dont stop there.. monitor students individually so that their health gets benefitted too.. i believe both exercise and diet helps in weight loss.. so i will take care of that too
