About Julian
My name is Julian and I am 55 years old. Initially trained as a Psychologist I've worked in more than 30 different jobs over my life. The last few year it seemed logical to take this experience and put it to use as the job market in South Africa is especially challenging. I am certified as a Career Development Officer with the South African Career Development Association, a Non-Profit Association that holds me to a standard of service and ethics. As such I cannot and do not do Psychometric testing but am able to hold conversations about and make suggestions around careers. Globally Career Practitioners have recognised that Career Development is a lifelong process and can and should be self directed. My job is to get people over the bumps.
