About Grace
As a recent university graduate, and now an MFL trainee teacher, I have my 'ear to the ground' with the most up-to-date practices and exam board expectations.
I have lived in multiple EU countries, including Italy and Spain, and have proficiency in four languages, giving me not just language expertise but also cultural knowledge to share with students.
Previous teaching experience, including as a TEFL teacher abroad in Spain, has given me the ability to foster productive relationships with students.

I have a relaxed teaching style that can be adapted to suit various needs and expectations, but my aim is to ensure that students always leave my lessons feeling like they have learnt something new or improved a previous skill.
Student success is at the forefront of my teaching style, and I tend to allow students to 'guide' their own lessons depending on what they feel they need or would benefit from the most. However, I am also experienced in dealing with whole classes and mixed abilities and therefore won't shy away from challenging students or slowing things down if necessary.
I have experience with students as young as 3 up to adult learners, meaning my lessons can be games-based and fun for young learners or more suited to older students looking to finesse their language skills!
