About Poppy
I have 6 years of experience teaching Spanish and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language Studies. During this time, I have helped learners strengthen their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while building confidence in communication.
My teaching style focuses on practical language use, encouragement, and adaptability. I enjoy helping students connect classroom learning with real-life situations. Every lesson is customized to support individual goals and learning preferences.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring Spanish-speaking cultures, language variation, and modern literature. These interests bring additional depth and authenticity to my lessons. I look forward to helping students achieve meaningful progress and enjoy the language-learning journey.

My Spanish lessons focus on helping students communicate naturally while developing a strong understanding of the language. We cover grammar foundations, verb conjugation, vocabulary expansion, pronunciation practice, listening comprehension, and conversational fluency. Lessons are organized to make learning approachable, practical, and enjoyable.
I use roleplays, conversation activities, interactive exercises, reading practice, listening tasks, and vocabulary reinforcement to support language development. Students receive regular feedback that helps them improve accuracy while becoming more confident in expressing themselves in Spanish. Learning activities are chosen to encourage active participation and steady growth.
Every lesson encourages confidence through consistent practice and clear guidance. I create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely and develop their skills at a comfortable pace. My goal is to help learners communicate effectively and confidently in Spanish.
