About Freya

I am a Spanish tutor with 3 years of teaching experience and a Master’s Degree in Applied Spanish Language Studies. Throughout my teaching experience, I have worked with learners seeking stronger communication skills and greater confidence in language use.

My teaching philosophy emphasizes practical application, encouragement, and student-centered learning. I believe language learning becomes more rewarding when students actively use their skills in realistic situations. Lessons are carefully adapted to support individual goals and progress.

Outside teaching, I enjoy studying Hispanic cultures, exploring language learning methods, and reading Spanish literature. These interests help me bring engaging content and authentic perspectives into lessons. I look forward to helping students develop fluency and enjoy their Spanish learning journey.

About the lesson

My Spanish lessons are designed to help learners communicate confidently while developing practical language skills for real-life situations. We focus on vocabulary growth, grammar understanding, pronunciation improvement, listening comprehension, sentence construction, reading development, and conversational practice. Lessons are structured to encourage steady progress and comfortable language use.

I incorporate roleplays, guided conversations, listening activities, reading exercises, vocabulary-building tasks, and communication challenges into lessons. Students receive personalized support that helps them strengthen language abilities while gaining confidence in speaking Spanish. Activities are adapted to match different learning styles and objectives.

Every lesson encourages active participation and meaningful communication. I create a welcoming atmosphere where learners can ask questions, practice regularly, and build confidence through success. My goal is to help students use Spanish naturally and effectively in everyday life.
