About Daniel

I am a Spanish teacher, a senior technician in Administration and Finance and a graduate in East Asian Studies, focusing on International Trade.

I trained for years in order to dedicate myself to the business world, but when I took a Spanish teaching course, I realized that I was passionate about teaching. Also, I have always been interested in languages. In 2016, while I was finishing my Degree in East Asian Studies in Malaga, I took the classroom training course for ELE trainers at the Cervantes International School in Malaga.

After finishing my degree, in January 2018 I traveled to Germany and lived there for 2 years. At that time I began to little by little develop MY FIRST ACTIVITIES AS A SPANISH TEACHER offering private classes, both online and in person.

I have taugh about 25 students. The profile of the students I have worked with has been varied:
- Teenagers between 12 and 16 years of age who needed support classes for their Spanish subjects at school.
- University students, the majority from the Degree in Hispanic and Italian Philology at the University of Halle-Saale, whose level of Spanish was more advanced.
- Students who wanted to learn Spanish for the simple fact that they wanted to obtain a language base to travel to Spain.
- And students who were preparing for their ELE exams.

About the lesson

Hi everyone!

I am Daniel and I am 29. I am a Spanish and German teacher and have worked for two years as a Spanish teacher in Germany and Spain. In addition, I am a Senior Administrative Technician and I have a degree in East Asian Studies, focusing on International trade.

My methodology would be based on:

- Adapt to the student's preferences and according to their profile: I have had students who have simply wanted to try the language, others who wanted to learn the basics to travel, and others who wanted to improve their Spanish skills.

- Focus on the difficulties of the language: e.g. conjugations of verbs, subjunctive, differences between "ser" and "estar" or words with multiple meanings.

- Classes taught in Spanish, depending on the level of the student. It is difficult, but it helps a lot.

- I like to dedicate the classes to improve oral expression and solve doubts, in the most pleasant way possible and help with other aspects in an unofficial way.
