About Grace
I am a Senior Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children and families in statutory services, including complex assessments, safeguarding, court work and direct practice. Alongside my frontline role, I am also a Doctoral Researcher, which strengthens my understanding of theory, research and evidence-based practice.
I am passionate about helping social work students, NQSWs and practitioners build confidence in both academic work and real-life professional practice. I understand the pressures that can come with training, placement, case recording and professional expectations, and I provide a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space for learning.
My aim is to help you develop clarity, confidence and practical skills that you can use immediately in your studies and in practice.

My lessons are practical, structured and tailored to your individual needs. I focus on helping learners understand how to apply social work theory to real-life situations, rather than just memorising information.

Sessions are usually 60 minutes and are adapted to your goals, whether you are a student, newly qualified social worker or experienced practitioner seeking extra support. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure where to start, I will help you break things down and move forward with confidence.
My teaching style is supportive, clear and focused on helping you produce high-quality work, grow in confidence and strengthen your professional voice.
