About Shamylea

I teach because I enjoy seeing my students transform. Going from not understanding something to being able to do it and apply the knowledge is a satisfying journey. I love working with students who felt like they were not able to make progress because they had not worked with a teacher who complemented their learning style. One student I worked with last year was afraid she would not pass her maths GCSE. She ended up with a grade 7. I enjoy helping any student regardless of learning style or SEND need.

About the lesson

I have been in education for 10 years as a teacher and SENDCO. I have taught both primary and secondary school. Each lesson will be tailored to meet individual needs. Lessons will be structured in a way that maximises learning and allows for brain breaks by using games and trivia. Learning happens best when fun is involved
