About Peter
Many singers struggle because they focus solely on the sound rather than the underlying physical mechanics. Breath control actually begins with the silent preparation of the diaphragm. I work with working professionals and teens to stabilize their head and chest voice.
We address performance confidence through consistent application of microphone technique and genre styling. My experience with classical repertoire informs how I approach pop and musical theatre styles. Exam preparation is a specialty of mine. I treat the voice as an instrument that requires gentle care and attention.

Singing began for me as a way to understand the resonance of the human body. The sensation of a supported note remains the cornerstone of my pedagogical style. I earned an MMus from the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal where I refined my technique. I have taught 429 students over my 13 years of practice.
Breathing control and head voice placement are essential skills I teach. I welcome new students who want to develop their vocal range. Reach out if you wish to explore your voice.
