About Lochlann
I’m Lochie Davidson, a Sport & Exercise Science graduate, published researcher and academic tutor. I achieved 90% in my undergraduate dissertation and have a strong background in physiology, training adaptation and research methods. I’m used to helping GCSE, A-level and university students who feel overwhelmed by the volume of content or the jump in difficulty. My style is clear, structured and honest – I explain concepts in plain language, check understanding as we go and always link ideas back to how they appear in exams and assignments, so you build real confidence rather than short-term cramming.

I help students understand the actual content behind GCSE PE, A-level PE and university sport and exercise science modules, not just memorise definitions. In our online lessons we break down topics like physiology, training adaptation, performance testing and research methods into clear, logical chunks. I use exam-style questions, past papers and real research examples to show how concepts link together and how to apply them in essays and exams. Lessons are usually 60 minutes, focused on whatever you’re struggling with most that week, whether that’s revising for an exam, understanding lecture content or preparing coursework.
