About Alexis
I am a student in Master EOPS at the sports university of Besançon, I have been practicing Tricking and Parkour for more than 5 years now. I was part of the Bisontine tracers association for several years and contributed a lot to the development of the skills of the athletes as well as to the development of the structure.

To organize the sessions we will already have a first meeting which will allow us to set the objectives but also to assess the starting level with which I must operate. Then it will be a question of establishing your level of involvement and the time that you can devote to the practice in order to optimize the effectiveness of the sessions.
