My tutoring experience is based on understanding a student's progress with one to one sessions and tailoring sessions to fit their needs and address their areas of weakness. I like planning and scheduling sessions in advance so there is a clear structure and students can effectively manage their workload. I prefer dividing time between teaching the topic and then supporting students through their individual work through exercises and practicals.
