About Emily
I have recently trained as a STOTT Pilates trained instructor in matwork and looking to progress into Barre and Reformer. I started dancing at the age of 4, until the age of 18 where I went to University to study Business and Management. Now I am looking for a career change into the fitness industry to help clients with their health and well-being.

Each 1 hour lesson is all about your mental and physical goals. Working at your pace & ability, I will create bespoke sessions to quickly achieve your goals. From the first lesson, I will complete a postural analysis and provide you with a personalised exercise programme to practise. Everybody has a different body type and different mobilities, so exercises may need to be modified or more challenging. The aim of these sessions is to show improvements to mobility, strength, flexibility and mind-body awareness.
