I believe that everyone learns in different ways, for example I am a hands-on learner, meaning if I do it then I have the hang of it. In classrooms, teachers can’t always teach people based off of how they learn so I like to start off by asking the person I’m tutoring what type of learner they are, and based off their answer I plan lessons in a way that is most beneficial to them. For example if a person is an auditory learner, then I may choose songs for lessons that helps them remember the rules for whatever they’re learning. If someone is a visual learner then I may provide images relating to the subject their learning. Lastly, if someone is a hands-on learner I would make lessons where they do the problems and then I would go over any missed questions stating where they went wrong and would most likely make them do the problem over the correct way.
