About Aatmaja
Hi! I'm a BA Psychology student with a genuine passion for understanding human behavior and the mind. Throughout my academic journey, I've enjoyed helping classmates understand difficult psychological concepts by breaking them down into simple, relatable explanations.
I believe Psychology is much more than memorizing theories and definitions—it's about understanding how people think, feel, and behave in everyday life. That's why I focus on making lessons engaging through real-life examples, discussions, and practical applications.

I believe Psychology is best learned through understanding rather than memorization. My teaching approach focuses on breaking down complex theories and concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations. I use real-life examples, case studies, discussions, and visual learning techniques to help students connect psychological concepts to everyday life. I also provide concise notes, summaries, and revision materials to make studying more effective.
A typical class begins with a quick review of previous concepts, followed by a detailed explanation of the topic being covered. We then discuss examples and applications of the concept in real life to deepen understanding. The session ends with doubt-solving, revision questions, and short exercises to reinforce learning. Notes and study resources are provided whenever needed.
As a BA Psychology student, I understand the challenges students face while learning Psychology because I am actively studying the subject myself. My goal is to make Psychology interesting, relatable, and easy to understand.
