About Carin
1. Who I am: I’m someone who is passionate about learning and sharing knowledge. Although I’m still at the beginning of my teaching journey, I strongly believe in creating a learning environment where students feel motivated, supported, and encouraged to explore their full potential. 2. Why I want to teach: I believe that young minds hold incredible potential for the future of our country. Education is the key that unlocks this potential, and I want to be someone who helps shape and guide these minds. My goal is to prepare students not just to succeed academically, but to be ready for the challenges and opportunities ahead—by helping them learn as much as they can, in ways that suit their strengths and abilities.

Although I’m not a formally experienced educator, I’ve often helped my friends understand various subjects, and through that, I’ve developed my own teaching approach. When it comes to engaging with students, I focus on two main strategies:
1. Gamifying the learning experience: I like to make learning feel like a game by setting clear goals and creating systems that make the process interactive and fun. This helps students stay curious and involved.
2. Balancing learning with enjoyment: I believe students learn best when they’re enjoying themselves. By making the environment less rigid and more engaging, students stay motivated, feel more connected, and are more likely to grow both academically and personally.
