I basically try to build a friend to friend relationship with a student rather than a teacher student relationship. I try to show them what i am teaching is really has its own importance and always try to show the application part of the topic that I am teaching to them. Basically, For me students are the best learners present on this planet. So, you can only interact in the best way to a child when you yourself try to become a child.
