About Emilio
I was born in Ecuador and lived there for 18 years, before coming to the UK to study Engineering. Back in Ecuador I have done volunteering work constructing houses in a poor village in Esmeraldas (Ecuadorean coast), volunteering work with children at the infant centre within the women’s prison in Quito (Ecuadorean capital city) and helped a group of marine biologists and veterinarians in a volunteering work with marine turtles off the coast of Ecuador. Through these experiences I have become a very open minded person and are comfortable and excited to work with people from all different ages and backgrounds.

My lessons are one to one and I believe that the best way to learn a language is by speaking it as frequently and as naturally as possible, while providing the student with the appropriate information and guidance through important things like: pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. The main focus of a class will depend on the student’s needs and preferences within Spanish speaking and writing skills. At the end of each class I like to make a quick review on the content of the class and address any final questions or observations that the student may have.
