About Laylaa
I am on my way to obtaining my National Senior Certificate. English is my favourite school subject, and I hope to become an English teacher after high school and help people learn English. I tutored English to primary school children, and I am excited to do it again in the near future.

My teaching method is to grab the students' attention by releasing interesting facts, and making it a lesson that they will enjoy. I try to be relatable and trustworthy, and I make each student feel valid. I try to create bonds between the students and myself so that they will feel motivated to do their work to not disappoint me.
I always try my very best to make sure each student feels that they learned something new after my lesson, and that they will feel motivated to come back for another the next day. I am patient and kind, but I know when to be stern and assertive. I want my students to feel comfortable around me, but also know when to do their work to the best of their ability. I like to start off with interesting facts, or asking for suggestions on what they want to learn. I will teach the theory, then move on to activities for the rest of the lesson.
