About Namisha
A first year medical student at the University of Adelaide, education has always been one of the things topping my list. Apart from my educational interests, I also have a creative side and love to explore that through acrylic painting and various art forms.
During my tutoring experience, I worked with a myriad of students who all came from different backgrounds, and I was able to tailor my teaching methods based on their strengths and weaknesses. Thus, I believe that my approach is flexible and am open to change.
I adore having the chance to pay close attention to the needs of the students. Being flexible and seeing the kids' growing confidence and finally witnessing their capacity to do things without fear is a great experience.

What makes tutoring work so well is the one-to-one relationship between the student and tutor.
I usually believe that at one stretch around 75-90 minutes of a lesson is more than enough for the student to absorb the knowledge.
Being a medical student, I value how education builds an individual. Having the right mentors and teachers during one's educational journey can either make or break them. Students already interact with teachers at school, so they require a friend who understands their problems and can present them in an approachable manner. Hence, tailoring learning patterns to each student's needs can help them become more confident and resilient while also filling up any knowledge gaps.
