When teaching someone it is important to form your style of teaching with theirs style of learning. I pride myself on doing exactly that by structuring my lessons towards the needs of the student. It has always been important from the beginning of creating and developing my methods to have a mutual respect between me and the learner. By doing this i eliminates the majority of anxiety, fear of judgement and barriers of the learning which creates a more flexible and relaxed classroom environment.
