About Kimia

Proceeding this swimming lesson, you will be in a very friendly and fun environment learning and exploring new experiences and gain new and very crucial skills such as synchronizing your body and mind to reach your personal goals. we will be having fun games each session to both learn and have a good time together.

About the lesson

In this swimming lesson you will learn how to properly swim as a beginner and if you wish to enhance your swimming skills, a personalized plan will be provided for you to reach your goals.

beginners plan:
-Acquaintance with water and Stress relief exercises
-Basics of strokes and swimming drills
-Muscle making exercises in water
-Fun aquatic games

Intermediate to advanced plan:
-Personalized and detailed workout plan specialized in your goal
-Online clarification on the workout plan provided
-Ongoing feedback and changes to your plan for every session.
