About Uma
I am practicing different kind of meditation since my childhood. I have completed so many meditation and self healing programs like happiness program of ShriShri, Inner engeeneering from Sadhguru,Isha foundation, Vipassana 10days noble silence, Satvik Movement Juice fast, Tratak, Yognindra etc.Now I am able to spread awareness about real meaning of meditation. I want to share my learning to other people and want everyone to take benefit from this.
