About Michael
I am a fully qualified and insured adult, children, and teaching yoga teacher. I have over 13 years of experience working in mental health and care with both adults and children.
I teach in a therapeutic way using the skills I learned from my psychology degree.

I tailor the class to your level and ability, using my yoga training and my mental health and psychology background to hold space where you can feel safe to reconnect your mind and body.
We will take time to check in at the beginning and end of each class. During we will move at your pace and adapt when needed.
