As a professional teacher and trainer, I am caring, passionate, enthusiastic and excited about providing engaging and challenging learning experiences. In my classroom I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling training in order to be productive and valuable members of society. I take on a holistic, flexible and differentiated pedagogical approach to training, to allow for inclusivity within my classroom domains. I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to pedagogy and learning. Therefore, I constantly need to know my student's backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, religions and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students.
