About Ellen
Hello! I’m Ellen from England. I have recently graduated from teachers college and love working with children. I love making my lessons fun and different from your average paper worksheets you do at school! I’ve spent the past 3 summers working at an overnight summer camp and my favorite part was the singing and dancing. I love coming up with new creative ways to inspire children and help them progress!

My main methodology is making learning fun! I break concepts down into manageable chunks and take things slow. I like to get to know my students and use their interests to influence my teaching.
Each lesson would start with a flashback/reinforcement of previous learning followed by a fun activity and then a plenary to consolidate learning.
I did A-Level mathematics (the highest you can go before undergrad) and have taught children between the ages of 6-13.
