About Marco

I am currently working as a teacher of Italian, and teacher of Spanish for foreigners (ELE) in company (for companies) and one-to-one (at home), and private classes at home for general informatics oriented towards the main programs. I also work in translations from English, Spanish and French to Italian, and as a journalist in an Italian journal of scientific divulgation in the field of domestic animals. I also deal with creative writing as a writer and scriptwriter, writing, producing, creating graphics, audio and video media during various events, conventions, meetings, conferences and gala dinners. I speak Italian (native), English, French, Spanish, and I understand German and Catalan. Since 1998 I also work in web design, and since then I have produced dozens of websites, as a designer, layout designer and developer, also dealing with narrative, copy writing, graphics, audio and video editing, logo creation, posters, posters and in general of the entire company image for several clients. I started in 1983 working, in Italy and abroad, in numerous performances and performances for several Italian and foreign companies and artistic and cultural institutions in Italy and abroad. Parallel to the professional stage writing activity as a scriptwriter, I have dealt with narrative and role-playing design, creating stories, texts and graphics for important fantastic genre game platforms.

About the lesson

I treat the subject in a structured way based on pronunciation, grammar and syntax, with special attention to verbal and written communication and the linguistic and cultural context of the country of reference. The lessons from the beginning are based on frequent exercises of pronunciation, accent and prosody, to accustom the student to the peculiarities of oral expression typical of the Italian language. The study of grammar and syntax is regularly integrated with a series of exercises, tasks and conversation sessions dedicated to the latest topics covered. My particular interest is to teach students the language that is currently spoken in Italy with reference also to the cultural, literary and artistic tradition of the country, for a more complete understanding of the language and its specificities.
