About Hamza
I started with an economics major while doing my undergraduate studies, however, after taking the first Anthropology course, I was sold. It's a subject that brings together the best of humanity sciences with an inclination towards history and philosophy. It equips one to understand why cultures and human beings behave a certain way while understanding what values and importance they attach to certain things. This can be extremely useful in a profession in Marketing, Sales or in fact, any other profession as it allows you to fully understand the complexities of cultural behavior. I have been working as a fitness trainer, as an entrepreneur and as a field work specialist since the past 8 years and my background in this particular area of study has helped me immensely. It allows me to understand people and build relationships more efficiently that can be useful in any situation. My practical experience as a researcher, field expert and entrepreneur allow me to bring elements of practicality that academics seldom have to offer.

I start by covering the course material with explaining the theory in text, and then giving practical exercises and tasks to solidify that knowledge while equipping the student to tackle application and the problems that may arise while applying that knowledge or skillset. A typical lesson would start with 45 minutes explaining and discussing the theory or a particular text, and then giving either a research/writing task or a practical field task. What sets me apart as a tutor is my engagement style with the pupil, I work hard on building relationships of relatability and trust where the student can get to question each and every aspect of the text in order to fully understand it. Moreover, this is further supported with years of field experience that I use to set apart the do's from don'ts while encouraging each person's individual approach to a task. The lessons are for High School students and undergraduate degree students.
