About Aymeric
With boundless curiosity and for as long as I can remember, I have always loved learning and sharing about absolutely everything: Science, Arts, Engineering, Crafts, etc...
Originally I wanted to work in social, aerospace or cinema (yes very different ^^), after a scientific baccalaureate in Engineering Sciences where I discovered my passions for 3D modeling and programming, it was really animation that I wanted and that's why I then became a student in a 3D computer graphics school focusing on this last field.
However, I discovered a "shadow" world: behind each artist there are in fact many support, research and technical professions, to help the animators bring to life everything that can be seen in the cinema, on their console, on television, all knowingly or not (the magic of discovering to what extent certain special effects are totally invisible to the eyes of an uninitiated person).
So I started my professional career as a multi-disciplinary technical generalist then I gradually specialized in animation in the broad sense of the term (its dependencies and its continuation) with a love for good fluidity within the production pipeline.
I am a very rigorous person who was able to quickly rise to responsibility thanks to the great trust placed in me and to which I was able to respond with all my motivation.

The courses will be on Maya and Houdini (for procedural and theoretical parts) but can be applied to any software, I make a point of honour of the comprehension of the proposed fields, with the additional knowledge allowing the total comprehension of the tools used (physics, anatomy, photography, mechanics, etc...) but also with the comprehension of each tool/algorithm.
The courses can also focus solely on this additional knowledge and/or answering questions.
The lessons will be tailor-made after an initial contact with the student in order to define his/her objectives, discuss any disabilities (I have already worked with hearing-impaired, dyslexic and autistic students in order to adapt to them), in French or in English, and thus be able to start the training or tutoring programme with peace of mind.
The other aim of the first contact is to check that the student and I are compatible in terms of learning, to ensure that he/she receives the training best suited to his/her needs.
I also train professionals who want to retrain or upgrade their skills.
The technical vocabulary taught will be in English, to ensure that you will be able to work in the professional world with the right vocabulary, even if you are targeting French-speaking companies.
Having been in charge of a number of recruitment projects in the course of my career, I can also advise you on how to apply for jobs and prepare for interviews. My aim is to help you get a job, gain a qualification or achieve your personal goals.
